Description 

Made by O.R.T.I.Z. & Co. S.r.l., the principle on which this type of cell is built, is to force the cold air to follow a path through the product in the cell. It is fitted in such a way as to control the air flow from the evaporator. The Air Forced system can be used in one of two ways:

- Preservation cell; - Pre refrigeration cell.

• The certainty that all the product receives the same amount of cooled air, resulting in better uniformity of the final product temperature.
